Note
The following family information records the life events of Hannah Welford and her descendants. Hannah was born in Brotton in 1792, to parents George & Elizabeth Welford, and died at Howe House, Egton in 1862
Her husband, also a Welford was born about the same year as Hannah in the district of Guisborough according to the 1851 census. His place in the Welford family can most likely be linked to the Catholic Welfords of Crathorne (see 1793 below)

Note: This is very likely the same William Welford who married Hannah Welford in 1815. His mother, Ann Welfitt is again likely to be the Ann Welford born in 1776 to William & Martha Welford of Crathorne Parish and must have been a single mother based on the lack of a father's name in the register entry

Ugthorpe Parish Registers
1826
William and Hannah Welford are noted as accompanying Abrose Lyth a recently widowed farmer from Howe House, Egton to the Easter Communions at Ugthorpe.
Ambrose Lyth had married Mary Welford in 1783, Mary being the sister of Hannah's father, George Welford. When Abrose died in 1835 it seems William and Hannah took over the tenancy of the farm at Howe House where they, and their desecndants remained for many years
